Q: How do I place an order? 
A: Go to the ORDER tab located at the top of the blog. Instructions are listed there. Orders will be sent via email, which is provided at the order page. 

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship only to Canada & US. 

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping for heavier or larger items depend on the size and weight. If you're ordering a heavy or large item(s), please email us for a postage quote prior to ordering because once an order is placed, the buyer will agree to the shipping charge. We try our best to offer the cheapest postage. Canadian buyers who want tracking are responsible for additional shipping charges, and will need to notify us prior to placing an order. Tracking is not available to US buyers, sorry.

Q: When will my package be sent?
A: All packages will be sent within 4 business days upon receiving payment.

Q: Are you responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items?
A: Once your package is sent off, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. We try our best to package orders safely to prevent damages during shipping, however, we cannot control how packages are handled during transit time.  We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We only accept paypal. It's safe for you, and safe for us. :)
